“Aber" is Ras-al-Khimah’s Public Services Department, multi-lane free flow electronic tolling system (MLFF). Aber means to pass smoothly without hurdles. The free flow automatic system operates without tollbooths, queuing barriers or gates.
It utilizes the latest tolling technology, allowing traffic to move freely through tolling points at a highway speeds. Each time your vehicle passes through Aber tolling point, a fee is charged automatically from your Aber account (prepaid account) using RFID technology. Your vehicle is identified by the Aber sticker available, through our designated outlets- recharging through self-kiosk, mobile application, websites. The sticker will be tag affixed to your wind shield. Our 24/7 call centers will be at your assistance for any support.

Our Message
Along the past years of unprecedented achievements, the Public Service department (PSD) was able to fulfill great civil projects. Therefore, the department has become one of the most prominent executing departments in Ras Al Khaimah, especially with regard to the development of infrastructure projects, civil projects, public services, agricultural and sewerage services.
Undoubtedly, PSD has become one of the leading service departments contributing to achieving comprehensive development. It has been closely involved in fulfilling economic, political, social, and cultural development activities, in addition to other areas of human development in line with the government work programs and developmental plan established within the general strategy of the government of Ras Al Khaimah.
